What happens when someone buys a work of art?

As soon as purchase is made, we notify the artist. The artist carefully packs the artwork and sends it to the buyer. (Generally within one week). Once the buyer receives the art, he has 7 days to decide if he wants to keep the art or not. As soon as the art is accepted by the buyer, the payment is sent to the artist. If the buyer decides that he does not want the art inside of the 7 day period, the buyer can return it to the artist and we will refund the price of work to the buyer. However, the shipping costs are not refunded to the buyer but to the artist who payed for sending his or her artwork.

You can continue to exhibit and sell your art while your art is on sale in La Galerie Fleur de Lys. But as soon as you make a sale you must notify us immediatly so that we can remove and replace the art that you sold.
